Live schedules go into one structure, so a manager can see finish dates, progress, and resource clashes. Where cost or resources are actually loaded, a simple labour or cash curve. Nothing is shown where the data is not in the schedules.

How the job runs

We inventory the files. We agree codes and a structure: an enterprise project structure if you truly share one database, or a disciplined roll-up if you do not. We deliver the first pack. A monthly pack follows if you want it kept alive. You keep the structure.

When it is the right rung

After there are several live schedules, and after we have already made one of them trustworthy. We do not propose this to a first-time buyer.
