Rung 1. The door.
One project.
A schedule you can bid, submit, or update.
A Primavera schedule for the phase you are in now, plus a short narrative of how it was built.
Ways to buy it
- Tender schedule
- Fixed fee. Resource-loaded when you can give crews, productivities, and quantities, or a clear assumption log. You receive the .xer, the histogram, and the assumptions. We do not price the bid.
- Baseline, or recovery of a baseline
- Fixed fee. Logic, calendars, coding, and constraints that can be defended, with a narrative. Cost-loaded only when you give a breakdown we can trust.
- Monthly planning
- A schedule of rates, or a monthly amount. The update, a look-ahead, and a plain note on what moved and why. This is the work that makes the practice a practice.
Under the same name, not as separate offers: a shutdown or campaign plan, a commissioning or operations-readiness sequence, an engineering or FEED schedule, a building or airport-terminal infrastructure plan.
Not in this offer
- A guaranteed reduction in delay.
- A full earned-value system on every job.
- A Monte Carlo on every job.
- An estimate of the capital cost.
What we need from you
Primavera P6 is already in use, or you provide the licence and the access. Someone on your side owns the file after we hand it back. You own the file, the codes, and the procedure.
